A child who is a victim of frequent bullying usually lacks self-confidence
and has low self-esteem. Sometimes a child is bullied by a peer whose size
is much smaller. Parents and teachers need to educate both the victim and
the bully. This can be applicable to countries too. A small country might
bully a bigger one. For two countries at war, people are innocent because
they are misled by their militant leaders.
