It was lost on the last stop of the delivery.
I called Fedex tody and they told me even though there are multiple barcode,
it should not be lost. The package may lost because the label was lost.
Fedex is responsible for the package lost as the status still showing " in
transit".
There was a claim filed under Jasmine Fu instead of Cathy Yang. It needs to
be the shipper to file the claim. They agent asked you to file again with
correct information.
There was no multiple labels when I dropped the package and it was all fine
till out of delivery. More label found could be other reason, such shipper
request to change the label or they attached other people's label on it by
mistake.
Find me any Fedex policy saying that they can discard the package when they
found multiple labels. If they found something wrong, they should call to
verify. The package suddenly disappeared that is unusual.
