"Someone" should figure out
1) what was the rationale for the administrative judge with
DMV to throw out those two very mild tickets.
2) The ethnic, ethical and professional background of that judge.
3) How to repeal/petition of the judge's decision.
4) How to demand disciplinary actions taken against this judge.
5) Help the family win in a real court.
