55的开70被抓，让我过几天去网上查罚款数额。
看到了这样的信息：

第一次遇到这种需要选择情况。以前只有一个罚款数额而已。为什么这次不一样呢？
交哪个罚款更好呢？是total fee还是total fee w/Deferral Amount.
