My Shanghai friend was constantly asking me to "help her" with her classes.
It eventually became my doing almost everything except attending her classes
. She said this was normal because she needed "help", she was "so busy". She
was barely literate in English, but this was a community college anyway.
The other girl had a boyfriend who helped her graduate. Without him, she
would not have passed her classes nor finished her written assignments. No
way did she get through without having a boyfriend.
The Chinese approach life differently than we do. The desperate conditions
prevalent in China for centuries means that the ends ALWAYS justify the
means. This is on all levels. All Chinese will lie and cheat to get an
advantage because they are afraid of the alternative, starvation or being
broke, lonely, etc.
All semi-attractive Chinese girls studying in the USA will have American
boyfriends to help them get through their classes, there will be very few
exceptions.
Not that they are lazy students, quite the contrary. They're just not
capable in English to any degree necessary. It's more effective for a
Chinese girl to have a boyfriend, therefore trading sex for a tutor, than to
sweat a few years learning English. These people are all in a hurry to
succeed.
I was in China on business and found the place very interesting and fun if
you are a guy. But, cheating and cutting corners is the Chinese way.

“不少小留的素质太差”这种statement不符合现实
但小留中的外F比例大(甚至不少小留外F黑幕三的，这在上一辈F1女中基本没有)，
只外F比例一大，平均值就被拉低了

找GF就正儿八经地找，既然感到外F在利用自己的语言优势，为什么不直接了断？
或者，既然是青春期贪图肉体享受，那就都心照不宣，白垃圾自己也算是理亏的一方
