portion of the house. This is a 3800 square foot home on a 1 acre lot.
Rental also includes your own, separate bedroom and sharing of the kitchen,
dining room, living room, and patio. There are two separate driveways --
both with ample space. Plenty of storage is also available. Price is $790
for the room (utility around $30-65).
The home is in a great location near lake Barcroft with the nearest
intersection at Kerns and Sleepy Hollow Rd. The location is also an
excellent commuting distance to (time per google maps):
Tyson's Corner -- 14 minutes
Balston -- 13 minutes
Washington, DC -- 19 minutes
Alexandria -- 20 minutes
Shirlington -- 13 minutes
East Falls Church Metro -- 8 minutes
University of Northern Va - 10 min
Northern Virginia Community College-Alexandria Campus -10 min
Local shopping centers are only a couple of minutes away. About current
housemates: We are professionals 25-35 years old. My husband and I occupy
the three rooms upstairs. There are three rooms on the first floor. Two
single males are occupying two out of three bedrooms on the first floor.You
will share the lux bathroom with whirlpool tub with another housemate.
You are free to use one of the guest bedroom upstairs with its own bath if
