At the check-in counter, just state your mom doesn't speak English and you
wanna send her to the gate. They will issue a pass for you. Your ID is
required.
I always ask for Pass every time when I send someone at any airport. Got
denied only once at Cleveland.

Actually most of time I just wanted to have more time to stay with my
friends / parents...
I have asked for wheelchair service once, and the lady came with the
wheelchair generously invited me to go with her together and issued me a
Pass as well...

我上次的经历是先碰上个黑女，信誓旦旦地跟我说规定只能给现役军人。其他人全不给
。而且一副谁也不屌的样子。后来我到另外一柜台，赶上个白男。二话没说就给了。后
来等飞机起飞了，我出来后回到那黑女那儿，记下她的名字，骂了她一顿，然后走人。
到家后在美联航网站投诉，赔了我200刀代金券。

I was told no escort pass, as the wheelchair could take mom to the gate.
But my friend had a different experience with her father. They borrowed a
wheelchair from the airport, and my friend herself took her father going to
the gate, with a gate pass.
So it is not consistent. |
