发帖数: 124 | 4 With regards to WCHS, the reason they were not ranked is buried in the
rankings methodology. From what I read it seems that compared to the rest of
the state and peer schools Churchill does not serve its "disadvantaged"
students as well. In order to be ranked as school had to be above the state
average in that category. From looking at the underlying numbers, if WCHS
had gotten past that hurdle it would have tied Whitman in the college
readiness index, but would have won the tie breaker (tie breaker adjusts AP
scores per test taker for quality) and would have been the #1 school in the
State. |
