Wisconsin Ave. NW and across from the majestic National Cathedral. There are
10 different lines of buses available right at the door steps; grocery
stores, restaurants, track field and Cleveland Park Metro are just
blocks away.
The unit is at the quite back side of the building with
an in-unit Washer/Dryer and updated kitchen. Very quiet, cozy and all to
yourself.
There is a BBQ/Pet Park available for all residents. Street Parking is easy
to find. Rent includes gas, water, sewer/trash, electricity and common
areamaintenance. Soon available on 25th November. $1375 per month, minimum
one year lease. $1375 security deposit, move-in and pet fee required by the
Condo Association. I am also leaving some cookware and small furniture
behind.
