Montgomery County Police are investigating an armed robbery in North Potomac
and a second incident in the area they believe to be related.
On Saturday, April 14, at approximately 3:12 a.m. police received a call
from a 58-year-old male whose Volvo had been struck from behind on Jones
Lane near Carry Back Drive at approximately 12:20 a.m., according to police.
Upon exiting his car to speak with the driver of the striking vehicle, the
victim was confronted by two masked men at gun and knife point, police said.
The victim was knocked to the ground and had his ankles and wrists duct
taped before being forced into the trunk of his car.
The suspects drove the victim's vehicle to several ATMs and withdrew money
from his bank accounts.
The victim and his car were dropped off by suspects approximately one hour
later at the Poplar Grove Baptist Church at 14625 Jones Lane, police say.
The man suffered injuries that required medical attention and he was treated
and released from a local hospital.
On Tuesday, April 3, at approximately 11:29 p.m., police received a call
from a 49-year-old woman who's Range Rover was struck from behind on Jones
Lane near Turkey Foot Road, police said.
The woman did not stop and immediately called the police. The striking
vehicle drove away when the driver realized the woman was on the phone.
According to police, the suspect vehicle involved in both incidents is
described as a white or light-colored truck or SUV with Maryland tags. No
additional information is available.
Police are asking that anyone in the area of Jones Lane and Carry Back Drive
between 12:15 and 12:30 a.m. on April 14 and may have witnessed any part of
the incident to contact detectives at 240-773-5070. |

。她的自行车居然被肇事人拖在车前一直到家里的车库才发觉（据肇事者自述）。
但是象格芮斯描述的转头逃跑应该比较好审出来的吧？可以上老虎凳，辣椒水。
