学区不是很清楚，孩子也刚开始上学，对学校查找也不是很熟。
能不能推荐下gaitherburg,或周围哪些element school比较好？
请再推荐下周围的apartment。
马里兰租apartment贵吗？职位关系，给的钱不多，房租也是不得不考虑的。

apartments along MD 355 which is not far away from NIST.As you have school
kid, I do not recommend you live there. There are many Lao Mo and Lao Hei
there. So the housing is cheaper. Generally speaking, west side of I270 is
better than east side of I270. west side of MD 355 is better than the east
side of MD 355.
I recommend Bright Village (as I know, the only apartment goes to Diamond ele.) to you as the elementary school (Diamond ele.
school) is much better than other apartments around NIST. If you can afford
to live in Lakeland or Kentland communities, school there will be better.

Kentland/Lakeland > Brighton Village > other apartments around.

可以拿些折扣的。如果租房的话我觉得就在这不必折腾，因为别处也便宜不了多少还不
如这方便，买房的话再多研究。 | j*****7

month (rented normally at $1400/month). Gas (for cook and heat) included,
you need pay electricity only. Each unit has its own privately controlled AC
. Woodmont Park apartments, 1001 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD 20852. Two-
bedroom apartment (Around 1000 Sqft), close to Twin brook metro station, 46
Rideon Bus Stop and easily walkable to shopping/groceries/restaurants. Lower
-level, end unit in a two level apartment building. Set back from highway
and next to Woodmont Country Club, so very quiet. Community includes a
laundry facility, swimming pool and a playground.
