2 new are open, and another one business analyst is open.
I am not hiring manager, but all are in this group/department.
Don't worry too much all requirements.
I know how much every position they want to pay :-).
Sharepoint:
Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of Software development experience either
in .Net and SharePoint.
· Strong understanding of different software development life cycle
methodologies (waterfall, iterative) and contemporary software quality
assurance processes required to support those efforts.
· Excellent understanding of SharePoint 2010, WSS 3.0 and MOSS with
strong knowledge of SharePoint object model
· Excellent problem solving, written, verbal and project management
skills a must.
· Experience as the lead developer on a large scale SharePoint
project involving complex .Net coding
· Experience with a range of web platform technologies including
ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, XML, HTML, SOA, SQL, etc.
Highly familiar with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath 2007 / 2010, IIS 6 / 7,
Visual Studio 2008/2010
C#/.NET:
Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and five to seven years
of related experience.
Strong Knowledge of These Technologies:
.Net programming (C#)
XML
SQL Server / TSQL
ORACLE / PLSQL
IIS Management
Experience with:
Both interface and middle-tier development (in a multi-tier environment)
Microsoft development tools (TFS, VSS, Visual Studio)
Crystal Reports
SharePoint usage and integration
SQL Server Reporting Services
Microsoft SQL Server Report Builder
The clearance level required is dependent on the type

I aren't sharepoint developer but I did couple of projects using sharepoint
web service. And we have several sharepoint developer in house right now,
per my view, some of them are even worse than me even they are hired as
senior sharepoint developer (sometime they asked me what/how to do some
sharepoint stuff, WTF).
Yeah, you are right. Sharepoint has higher pay, much higher that me :-(
