We Are Looking For A Qualified Oracle Database Administrator. Candidate Must
Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Experience As An Oracle DBA With Strong Oracle
10G, 11G and performance tuning Skills Within A Business Critical
Environment preferably on Linux and VMware platforms. Oracle RAC, Dataguard
and GRID Control is a must. Knowledge of SQL And PL/SQL, Unix And Shell
Scripting Is Required. Candidate Must Be Able To Utilize Oracle Enterprise
Manager, Dataguard And Should Have Worked In A 24x7 Environment. A Good
Understanding Of Database Design And Optimization Along With Adherence To
Change Control Process Is Required. Candidate Must Be Able To Work Well
Within A Team And Will Be Expected To Follow The Software Development Life
Cycle Methodology. Strong Project Management, Oral Communications, And
Written Communications Skills Are Required. The Successful Applicant need
to be flexible to work on the oncall pager and provide off-hours support as
needed.
