Electric version are good for 大量 cut 排骨, hand version (can be less than
$10) are for 小型 cut 排骨.
Both can be 安全性好, if you follow the instruction and be careful.
安全性 could be very bad if you don't.

blade) is made from stainless steel.

Most butcher shop and meat dept. will be happy to cut it for you for free,
you might want to ask.
