的服务给恶心了。
东西都快买完，忽然听老板大喇叭广播，通知CASHIER们黑豆银杏都是一元三袋，之前
看到这些在黄飞红花生旁边但没价格，于是捡了仨。收银员拿这些的时候还问了下＂一
共三袋吧？＂可我往外走地时候，看见上面CHARGE的是每袋一元，返回来和收银员说了
，告诉我去FOOD COURT 旁的CUSTOMER SERVICE 找老板。迎面正碰上老板（收银员后面
提的醒），讲了，老板露出无奈表情，也许是抱怨CASHIER，于是指导旁边的一青瑟男
生如何操作，完了递给我一张RECEIPT一样的纸片，解释说这是三块钱的STORE CREDIT
，我说只要还我多收的两块钱就好了，再者我不想要STORE CREDIT，把钱返到我的卡上
或者给我CASH。老板说现在都做不了，又SHOW给我看如何拿不到CASH，只能再买东西才
能开，接着强调STORE CREDIT不过期，什么时候都能用。算是被他恶心了，想着犯不上
生这气，就进店里又拎了点东西把STORE CREDIT用了。 |

一般的CASHIER不能REFUND我会信，CUSTOMER SERVICE不能不大可能，更何况老板应该
可以OVERRIDE。

退货给STORE CREDIT 有情可原，但OVERCHARGE的部分不REFUND 而是STORE CREDIT 有

really want to keep their customer happy. A cashier in a chain store doing
that may try to keep you quiet and not let the manager knowing about the
incident. I would thank them doing that instead of complaining because I
have too many bad experience with oriental stores. I am glad finally there
is one store in the area doing business right.

Seriously, I don't know the answer to your question. HMart has not made a
single mistake on my purchase yet, although I have been shopping there for 2
years. I haven't shopped at Safeway as their locations are not convenient
to me. Harris Teeter refunded me money immediately when they made
mistakes a couple of time. I used to shop at Kroger in another state. They
gave whichever item for free when they made a mistake on that. Not sure
whether it is specific to that location or those years.
BTW, I am not going to stay away from that store to make you happy. Sorry,
you cannot represent "EVERY BODAY".

Actually I should say the cashiers are all right. I only have problems
with the boss here.

Actually I'll probably go there again in the future, although I don't like
their practice in this case.

looked at your hmart receipt after each purchase? I would say you have the
best luck in the world if you have never found any error in your hmart
receipts. In your post you didn't mention that you gave back those beans.
Next time you should get your story straight first.Last I don't give damn
whether you will go there or not. I have no business interest with them and
don't go there myself. btw improve your reading skill please.

I didn't mention I gave back those beans because I didn't give them back.
Getting $3 store credit and giving back those things I intended to buy is
not what I wanted. I guess you made assumptions here. I think people with
better "reading skill" should ask rather than assume when things are not so
clear.
If you are really serious about "reading skill", you should know that the
focus is about the CUSTOMER SERVICE (as stated in the title), not the $1 or
$2 differences. Every store makes mistakes, the point is how they handle the
mistakes. That is customer service. You didn't get it, so you kept
bringing up HMART problems.

到家以后才发现
此后每次去大中华都要反复核对价格
另外还有一种就是青菜估计打错价格
能不去就一般不去的了 |
