(1) 18-40 years old, in good general health;
(2) Have been several years or longer since you had had a dental cleaning;
significant calculus (Tarter) build up on the teeth; however, does not have
a lot of crowns, dental work or cavities;
(3) Be available for a pre-screening appointment potentially including
dental x-rays;
(3) Not have a latex allergy; not have an uncontrolled systemic disease such
as diabetes or high blood pressure; not have an infectious or communicable
disease; not be experiencing dental pain; not have dental anxiety;
(4) Be willing to travel to Philadelphia for the examination. I would like
to provide transportation to and from the exam.
If you are interested, please reply via email and provide: your age, date
since last cleaning, and a phone number or email, and general location. Then
we can set up an appointment for screening.
