Other than Bethesda, you can also consider Rockville as well. Good luck

Nice single family house, located at rockville hot area, 5 minutes walking
distance to red line metro Twinbrook metro station, small, cozy, simple-
furnitured room will be available one room from June, 1. other one from
July, 1. Close to lots shopping center, ie chinese market, trader Joe,
target, giant, safeway etc, very convenient for people who doesn't have car.
Three tenants share kitchen, bathroom, microwave, fridge. Monthly rent $380
, one month rental deposit required, at least 3 month term. Current tenants
are well-educated young people, very nice and friendly. Welcome NIH, Navy
hospital or other proper job people move in.

22nd. But we forgot to notify the rental office 60 days in advance. So have
to pay till the end of June. But you can keep rent after June. I have
talked with the Rental office, you can sign lease directly with the rental
office or rent month-by-month under my lease.
有town house,three floors, first floor is garage, second floor is living
room and kitchen, third floor is two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The
neighborhood is very good, quiet, clean, nice neighbors. See the link of The

Great daycare (the Goddard school) is 0.5 miles away, and Metro (Shady Grove
