room has recently been renovated with new carpet and new hard wood floor. It
is conveniently located a few minutes from the Shady Grove metro and Route
355. It's just 1 minute to I-370 highway and new built MD-200 route. The
neighborhood is quiet and safe. It has bus station that connects you
directly to Shady Grove Metro station, from Epsilon Dr & Shady Grove road
intersection, by ride-on 65,58,64,90.60.
Currently the master room of the top floor is occupied by a Chinese couple (
my girlfriend and me) who are both very clean and responsible. The other
room on the same floor will not be rented out so you will have your own full
bathroom. The basement is rented to a young professional. You will share
the utility with three of us. Single, Non-smokers and without pets are
preferred. At least six months lease is required, and terms can be renewed
upon negotiation.
