it has the same database with the MRIS that all DC/VA/MD agents used.
Redfin only has sale info, but not rental.
search results can be shown in map, very helpful for the school district
identification.
Good for family relocation, not for the room-share. ( you can get room
share info on craigslist).
It help me a lot in my rental hunting in specific elementary schools area.
