I am a male PhD student and I am looking for a place starting in late Septem
ber 2010. Ideally I prefer a room rented out in a family house. What I am lo
oking for are:
1) Reasonable cost
2) Easy access to I-70, I-695 or I-83: prefer Catonsville/Ellicott City, wou
ld also like to consider the north 695 area.
3) Quiet, safe, clean and with easy access to the shower/bath
4) A safe parking spot: for a normal size car
5) Accommodation to Chinese cooking: I will keep the kitchen clean of course
