idea how many steps he needs to take.
1. Get off the plane and directly to Immigration at the same terminal
2. Once he is done with Immigration, he shall take the shuttle bus to main
terminal.
3. Once he gets to the main terminal, he shall go downstairs and find the
checkin luggages.
4. with luggages go to the customs.
5. Once he is done with the customs, he can get out of the terminal.

My guess :)
1. Take the shuttle to the International Arrivals Building (on the West side
of the main terminal).
2. Immigration
3. Get the luggages
4. Go through customs.
5. Out.
