现在已经比去年年底普遍涨了10-15%。
明年过了这退税的政策，房子会跌么？
还有，利息涨了的话，是不是房子即使跌了一点，月付还是不会减少呢？
已经错过去年年底的一波了，就怕再不下“海”，以后想下都下不了了：P

堆人抢， 明年会长， 因为没有小房的房源了， dc的房市， 底已经过了。。。再加上
政府也会出来托房市， 不会跌了。。。

that makes much less than 40W per year. Most of them bought a house years
ago and house price went up and they are just trading for a bigger house but
only need to borrow a small amount to make up the difference.
For the first time house buyer, if you can put down a large payment up front, you can easily get a 150W house with very little income.

据说如果不想生活太死撑的话,最多是年收入的4倍,也就是两口子收入得有30万,这个都

loan approvals get very tough these days. for a 150W house, if the "very
little income" you mentioned is about 150K (still high to many ppl), one
still has to come up with $800K-1M cash for that "a large payment up front".
.. which is not impossble but very rare as far as i know, even for ppl who
bought cheaply before 1997/1998 (way before the big bubble).

200 house/condo that is over 150W just in DC alone, that is not including VA
or MD houses nearby. So you should be able to find a lot of them near you,
maybe you drive by them all the time and not knowing it.

lot them selling their existing home that is over 100W and they have owned
many homes before. You are describing most 1st time home buyer situation.

her 80s, just bought a house that is over 150W. We chated a bit and she is
very good talker, I almost knew her entire life story. She had never made
more than 40K per year during her entire life (she made 30+ K with lots of
overtime pay before she retired). She had owned over 25 house during her
life (her first house only cost $1,500). She has very little income now (

Each location is different, some still have bubble and will drop, some will
never drop. Sometime one neighbourhood will fall and the neighbourhood
accross the street will hold steady or even rise.

follow "strict" guidelines. But lots of smaller bank decide to hold your
loan, they do not have to follow any guideline at all, they can just make
decision on how much to loan you on the house. Hope that helps.

). You find a nice house and you get a loan, they are two seperate things,
should not be mixed. Good luck to you.
Another thing, if you plan to sell your old house in a few years when the
market is better, you should have got an interest only loan instead of 30
year fixed (or at least a 5 or 7 year ARM with much lower rate)

Now I am looking a single house around Lessburg (not in Lessbury city) mid
50W. 2-3 car garage,over 3000 SQ.FT. I guess I have to wait two more years
then we will take some money from 401K.
My husband's helper request more salary because he bought mid 60W house. Why
we can't not.
My last loan was 6%/30 years fixed, because I don't know how long we will
stay at this house even right now.
