Rockville station,
large room in extraordinary new condo,
easy access to DC and I-270, free parking, although idea for people without
a car or don't feel like to drive,
downtown location, only minutes walk to Chinese markets, restaurants, Giant
supper market, brand new 2 level Rockville Library, post office,
county government services buildings, Montgomery college, indoor swim &
fitness center, and parks etc.

发帖子的是房东。偶已经入住一周了，房子很新，空间很大，而且都朝阳，交通很方便，步行去红线地铁站，马路对面就是中国超市，楼下中餐馆和蛋糕房。我没有车，但是购物上班没有任何不便。而且房租在我联系过的十几家里也是最“合理”的，呵呵
需要租房的同学没千万不要错过这么好的机会。我也希望能找到一个好相处，作息规律的female舍友，大家一起开心生活。 |
