1. I found the mortage broker from Chinease Newpaper when I bought the house
in 2004. She was very nice before I wrote the contract. But after that I
can't contact with her (my case was turned to one of her group member), and the finally I had to pay the mortage insure (more job to do the second loan) and also
charged me a lot money in the closing cost for mortage. Her office's the loan agent told me that I can't refinance wit
