感觉一方面房子价钱确实比0506低了不少，不过和01，02的价位还是高不少的。
问题：
我们的感觉是现在REALTOR都在拼命的说房子以后会升，现在不买，错过最好机会了。
不过记得05年的时候，我们这边春天的房屋市场也是很火热，可是进入夏天以后，反而
开始持平，接着就开始下滑了。
大家觉得目前的形式，今年秋冬的房市会如何？
目前的失业率都说还要继续上升，那房屋呢？
股市虽然近几天有涨，不过看看总体趋势，应该没什么太好的季度报告出来吧？
现在还是有不少SHORT SALE的房子涌现，那么下半年的时候还会涌现新一批的SHORT

. Most of then just take one week and it will be under contract. Most of
time it will be multiple offers..... You have to bid up the price to get the
house. Some time you have to bid up 10%. A lot of the house, if you buy it
and rent it out, the rent can cover the mortgage cost, some of them can

数量是创记录的多，但前几个月几乎所有大银行都在配合政府不驱赶房客造成这些房子
一时无法上市。

Let me tell you a real story, I was biding a townhouse(foreclosure) in
Ashburn this week. List for $215000. I bid a little higher. But List agent
received 20 offers in 3 days and the price was bid way high. For last year,
the price is sold around this price. But now it's hard to find this price. I
would say the price for housing is up 10% from the last year already for
