? I am filing 1040 for federal tax and claim tax treaty on line 21, and
wonder how to claim the tax treaty in the VA state tax, as I do not have
1042S from the university. Should I add my fellowship income intp the total,
as the federal ajudsted income? do i need to complete schedule AD? thanks
