time when I went to there, I only bring the bills by itself, and the 变态的
工作人员 insist I have to go home to bring back and show her the original
envelope. I don't get it, because all the name and address are printed on
the bill. The envelope with the plastics window does not even have my name
on it. I even escalated it to the supervisor. Did not work.
