Very convenient with own bathroom, washer & dryer in apartment
Inexpensive - $775/month + 1/2 utility
Location - right at the crossing of 66, 495 and 7
On the top (4th) floor, faraway from highway - absolutely no noise problem
Reserved Parking
Low utility - around $30-50 |

如果愿意入住的话一月免房租（相当于每个月少了$80，变成$695/month）另外送床和
部分家具。住在周围的话应该知道这是很好的小区，离Capital One，Micro Strategy,
Deloitte/PWC/KPMG等都很近，价格也算很好了。完全是因为我要换工作才搬走的。
