感觉不知从何下手。。。
一般住在那个区域（暂时不打算买车），如果想单独住（one bedroom or studio)，然
后靠地铁站是步行距离之内，房租一般会在多少呢？ 最便宜rate的有希望能找到多少
呢？house 可靠还是apartment比较好呢？
找房的时候，大家又是怎么定criteria 的呢？

much. It takes only 5 min underground walk to Crystal City metro, no worry
about rain or snow. You can find more infor (rent, lease etc) from their

我在Craigslist上找到好多阿！
而且还没想到这么巧，能碰上好心给我suggestion的JJ：）
我现在大致找到两个room比较有兴趣；因为从未去过Arlington，
不知道那里安不安全，也不知道周围日常生活便利否....，所以把这两个room的基本情
况都贴出来，看看大家对这个有什么建议：
（1）地址：1404 N 12th Street at Nash St.
1 bedroom in a 2 br/1 ba apartment. 没有家具。
交通：走到我工作的地方只要10分钟，离地铁站只有0.6mile。
房租: 750$/month(including ALL Utilities & Parking)；
lease至少6个月，然后month to month；

(2) 地址:S 2nd at S courthouse
1 bedroom in a 2 br/1 ba apartment. 包基本家具。
交通：门口有公交车站，离地铁站2mile | e*****t

environment, like transportation, room condition, roommate, and etc. You are
going to live there for at least 6 months. If something goes wrong, it
would be a hugh pain.
and for $300, it's so damn inexpensive.
If you don't really want to visit before you make your decision, my advice:
take the one with a shorter lease.
