这个情况可能少见，听听大家意见：
我因为想海归，所以放弃目前的h1b回国工作，爱人也一起回。由于疫情，机票天价（
也由于TMD的检测，怕被定为密切接触），买了不同天的机票。差3周。
由于国内单位催的紧，所以我先走，那请问，这三周我爱人的身份怎么办？

Thanks to my Boss who understood my situation and extend my H1B, but my wift
's H4 extension application is still pending.
So when I returned to China, will she lose her legal status since my H1B
ends?
BTW, I understand several weeks are not a big deal. But if there will be a
solution, I will appreciate it. (we have the PD for green card, I will
definitely return soon before her)
