发帖数: 1 | 1 本人在六月回国一段时间，并续签了F-1签证。在Fall开学之前决定向学校休学一学期
，并得到了学校的批准，terminate了我的student record，并且给我重新寄了I-20（
SEVIS ID也变了）。
我想知道我是否还能用之前续签的F-1签证（用旧的I-20和SEVIS ID申请的）？或者我
必须重新再申请一次F-1签证？
网上搜了类似休学的问题，很多答案说必须重新申请签证（包括这个论坛里）。但是我
看了一下DHS的这个网页，又好像说不用：

“If your student record is terminated, you fall under the five-month rule
and you wish to return to the United States as a student, you will need to
obtain a new/initial Form I-20, "Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant
Student Status," with a new SEVIS ID and pay the I-901 SEVIS Fee again.
Only if your current student visa is no longer valid, do you possibly also
need to apply for and receive a new student visa.”
我有点困惑，到底哪个说法是对的。
