护照寄到LA了，结果US POSTAL上周六寄到的邮件，加拿大领馆关门（Canada day long
weekend假期）， 网上tracking 提示 STATUS OF YOUR ITEM 是
“
Notice Left (Business Closed)
We attempted to deliver your item at 11:01 am on June 29, 2013 in LOS
ANGELES, CA 90071 and a notice was left because the business was closed. You
may arrange redelivery by visiting http://www.usps.com/redelivery or calling 800-ASK-USPS, or may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice. If this item is unclaimed after 5 days then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.”
也就是说USPS留了个notice让加拿大领馆来邮局取或者在网上要求redelivery。请问：
1。但加拿大领馆会不会去邮局取件？
2.US POSTAL网站上说5天不来取就寄还给我了，但是如果网上redelivery，似乎只能由
收件人申请redelivery，有没有可能由发件人reredelivery？

重新投递了 我再查tracking就变成了delivered |
