收到。有同学碰到过这种情况吗？该怎么办好啊？
找个允许马上办CPT的学校挂个I20然后办CPT？既然OPT已经被拒了，这种杂牌学校的
CPT是不是很可能也被拒？
跟USCIS dispute？会不会拖很长时间啊？

发帖数: 8496 | 2 the OPT denial reason is important. If USCIS denied it because you are
considered out-of-status, find another school with I-20 doesn;t work either.
So you need to know why. And if it is just some stupid mistake (like you
forgot to sign..) , you should contact school and refile OPT while within 2
months of graduation. OPT is your privilage if you have been a good F1
student with OPT time left. |
