expire in this October. Recently he found a new job. He thought he can get
h1-b tranfer for another 3 years since his I140 has been approved. But the
lawyer from the new company said the new h-1B transfer will only last till
this October so the company is going to withdraw the offer.
Is there anyone can help answer him that under such conditions how long he
can transfer his new h1-b?
Thanks | h****s 发帖数: 16779 | 2 If he changes company, the I-140 will be revoke. So he needs to stay to get
H1B extended based on that I-140; or, he can switch job after 180 days after
filing I-485: at that time, no one can revoke that I-140. | l***g 发帖数: 221 | 3 Not true, his 140 won't necessarily be revoked. It depends

H1B extended........
