F1，美国VISA 过期，I20过期（但第二页上面有OPT到明年6月份）；OPT工作，有
employment letter和EAD卡
公司通知9月中旬到迪拜出差，为其一周。申请阿联酋签证基本不用担心，现在担心的
是回美国需要的签证，请问我的情况需要马上到墨西哥搞定回美国需要的返签？还是不
管，到了迪拜之后到当地的美国领事馆申请返签？

发帖数: 502 | 2 it is too late to apply for your US visa in a third country. I have done
this in Canada. It takes more than one week to get my canadian visa(it may
take up to 3 months, and 1 month is typical waiting period). It takes at
least one week to get US visa in Canada.
I presume it is the same situation in Mexico.(never been there)
The only way left is to go to 迪拜. But I am not sure, never been there
