We plan to travel back to china during Mid Jan - Mid Feb 2011. But my H1
extension is still not approved 5 months after submissiong the petition and
3 months after h1 visa expiration. (Receipt date is 6/11 and processing date
is 6/5 now according to the processing time update, Vermont center). We
probably need to book tickets for 4 (2 adults + 2 kids) by early Dec. Do you
think I am running a risk of not getting visa approval notice before Jan 15?
It's been a long long time not been back to home and really really want to
make this trip come true.
