student visa and I need to get my H1B visa stamp for the first time.
We found an airline ticket which is really cheap for the time of travel,

It is a Holland/Netherland airline which takes off in Orland FL, makes 1
stop in Amsterdan and then go to Shanghai. But some how one ticket agent
told us that they require Dutch visa to take this flight.
My question is, do I really have to have a Netherland visa to take this
flight?

但是对于加拿大，如果你的飞机只是停在那里加油，然后再飞，不转机，就不用加拿大
签证。如果需要转机，那就需要加拿大签证。荷兰是不是类似，你自己去官方网站看看
吧。
