thru March 2011). He came in the U.S. on 05/01/2010, his I-94 is valid thru
10/30/2010. If he goes back to China in Septemper for a short stay and comes
back to U.S. on 10/06 (please note that this is earlier than his previous I
-94 expiration date 10/30), in this case will his new I-94 be subject to his
previous I-94 expiration date 10/30? Or the new I-94 is not relevant to the
