below are about how to fill out the form 160. please help us out!
1. is he the priciple applicant?
2. how long should he say the intend length of stay?
3. his passport was renewed at Chicago, so should Chicago be the city to
issue his passport or China?
4. he was refused F2 visa a few years ago, should this be filled in the form
160? what should be explained?
btw, could anyone recommend where to find others' H4 visa exp | h****d
