I mailed out my application using USPS express mail to NYC for Canada TVR
visa last Friday. It arrived last Saturday but nobody was available to sign
to accept it. So now it is returned to the post office and it needs the
receiptent to ask for re-delivery. I am so worried whether the Canada
consulate will do it. I just called USPS and they said they will try second
time delivery tomorrow and it will be returned to the sender if the second
delivery fails.
