等了2星期，有点着急，因为2周后的机票，5月11日周二发了传真和email，说明情况。
有趣的是我发了2封email，2个不同的email地址（一个是网页上的，另一个是电话里听
来的）。5月12日有人回了我的email说“Everything has been mailed today. Have a
nice day”. 我好开心，心想他们还是挺不错的，处理得很及时。
