firm and the owner told me that he won't revoke my H1B work visa if it's
going to help me. He is still going to pay corporate tax and keep the
company "alive", but will close the operation.
My question is, if he doesn't report, will the Immigration Office know that
I am out of status? What does it mean by "paying corporate tax"? He said
that means "the company is still a going concern as far as all the legal

做H1B transfer还是转成F1，你必须提供最近的paystub来证明你一直保持有效的H1B身
份。
这种问题还是上移民版或者上班版问的好，那儿懂的人多一点。 | t**s

H1B失业后一天缓冲期都没有。和雇主上报与否无关。
但实际操作中，移民官员一般都小的身份gap不是很在意。 |
