inter-agency check or background check), you may make a phone cal to 1-202-
663-1225 (listen carefully for phone prompt, usually select 1, then 0, then
0 from the prompt menu) to speak to a VO official to check its status while
it is pending.
Please note their office hours are from 8:30 A.M. to ?? P.M., Mo. to Fri.,
Eastern US time only. The officials need your information such as passport
