1. If you are outside the U.S. when the I-129 was filed
and approved on an I-797B notice, your case is in PIMS.
2. If you are in the U.S. and changed status to H-1B,
your employer needed to complete "Part 4 Processing
Information" on page 2 of your I-129 and include a signed
duplicate copy of the petition as per instructions on
http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/types/types_1271.html#pims
when the I-129 was submitted. If neither of these were

A. Simply from the math 12/2009 - 03/2008?
B. H1B case get deleted from PIMS every 20 months?
