apartment. My husband and I will take one bedroom, and you will have your
own 1 specious room with a full bathroom. This bedroom is non-furniture. we
will share living room, kitchen, washer and dryer; we provide you
refrigerator with a freezer if you don't want to share with us. We will pay
internet and cable with no cost on you. free parking, swimming pool, gym and
business center. The rent is $650 + 1/3 utilities. 1 month rent deposit. 1
year lease, and no pet please.
The location is in Ashburn, next to Rt. 7 and Loudoun County Park Way, 5
mins to Rt. 28, close to sterling, reston, ashburn, IAD airport;5 mins to
shopping center.
