short walk to CUE bus stop (free for GMU students and faculty). &#

supermarkets (e.g. H Mart) and commutes (Rt. 29, Rt. 50, I-66, Rt.236..
.).
The room features:
- Spacious (12’*13’), sunny, on upper floor, hardwood floor.&#

- Private, marble bathroom, ceramic tiles.
- Basic furniture (chair, desk, bed, night stand, closet, light and ceiling
fan with remote control) and all utilities (electricity, gas, water,
wireless Verizon FIOSInternet) are included.
- Kitchen and laundry room (washer & dryer) are shared.
- Plenty of off street parking.
We hope the prospective housemate is neat, clean, and nice. Female with
