As faculty advisor to the Association of Chinese Students and Scholars
at Virginia Tech, I want to let you know that with strong support from
the University, VT-ACSS plans to move forward with the Spring Festival
Celebration as originally scheduled for Sunday evening, 7 to 9 pm,
January 25 at the Graduate Life Center . Dr. Mark McNamee, Senior Vice
President and Provost, and several other senior university officers will
