I will have a week business trip in downtown Richmond, VA.
Is downtown Richmond a safe place? Any recommendation of good places for
dinning and having fun?

There is a Chinese buffet, Super King buffet: on w.broad street and close to
Parham Rd.
Also you can try Golden Coral(american buffet): on w.broad street and close
to gaskin.
I heard there is good Korea restaurunt on midlothian, but never tried before
