phone, internet, and cabel tv) so i pay $3 monthly for "the modem". Because
the VOIP phone requires "this modem".

As I know, you must be a new resident or a resident without using comcast in
last 6 months. However, you can call that guy to negoiate. |

you can go to CircuitCity to find a better deal. CircuitCity often has a
comcast good deal with free modem (after rebate) and cash back.
