发帖数: 3219 | 1 It's unusually warm today for this time of the year. So I planned to do my
first "century ride" from home near UU to BYU in Provo and back. But got
flat tire twice. Wasted time. Couldn't expect to finish 100 miles before
sunset. Had to cut it short and turned back in Lehi. My cycling app on cell
phone registered 69.6 miles for this loop. Still my longest ride so far.
The scene on the road was beautiful. Post some pics to share the joy of
living in this beautiful place with my fellow Utahans. |

BYU.
Let's do the running if you're paying the hotel in Provo. :)

to have any ski spirit. Biking is more suitable yesterday.
By the way, I heard the Chickadee lift in Snowbird is free after 12pm. Is
this true?

2. running is ok during night. even better if you are careful.

than a marathon. i'm not a long-distance runner. quite a challenge for me.
probably takes long time to get trained.
that i agree. sometimes i do short hiking in the evening. nice view of the
lights in the valley. even better when snow covers the hills, then no need
for flashlight.
